On 26 September 2025, the Foundation organized a lecture for participants in the Gifted Students project, which was established at the Faculty of Management and Economics and has a long tradition. On this occasion, the students visited Bata's villa.
During the program, Gabriela Končitíková introduced them to the thinking and philosophy of Tomas Bata, while Klára Branická shared her personal experience with Bata principles of “How to Build Yourself”.
Each student received a copy of the books Inspired the Bata Way I and Inspired the Bata Way II, and for practical exercises, they also received a Growth Diary, which will enable them to apply their knowledge to everyday life.
