At the Škoda Auto Annual Conference, held on September 11 and bringing together more than 600 managers, Gabriela Končitíková delivered a presentation on the topic of Baťa’s leadership principles. Her talk was part of the program led by Maren Gräf, Member of the Board of Management of Škoda Auto responsible for People & Culture (CHRO).
Gabriela Končitíková demonstrated that the legacy of Tomáš Baťa – based on the values of courage, humility, and responsibility – remains a powerful source of inspiration for today’s leaders and can help shape the future of corporate culture as well as business as a whole.
