Legends among legends, a cultural phenomenon that long ago transcended national borders, paid a visit to Bata Villa. The restless Hurvínek, along with his caring father Spejbl, joined us for a tour of the house where entrepreneur Tomas Bata lived.
It must be added that this meeting was more than symbolic, because in the year we commemorate the 150th anniversary of Tomas Bata’s birth, Hurvínek is also celebrating his 100th birthday—as we were able to confirm, he is still full of energy, healthy mischief, and unique humour.
