The popular inspirational diary, published by the Thomas Bata Foundation in collaboration with the Diario project, has been continued in two different versions. Experience 2026 together with “baťoviny” (or how to use Bata philosophy in everyday life).
The Inspiration 2026 diary offers you the opportunity to be inspired by the Bata philosophy and apply it in your everyday life. Each month brings a theme and specific challenges that will lead you to balance, courage, discipline, and a creative view of the world.
Just as Bata believed that people grow through their own experiences, you too can discover new paths and turn thoughts into actions. May this diary help you create not only a better year, but also a life filled with the desire to create. Every week, an inspiring thought from Tomas Bata awaits you – the lesser-known ones have been selected.
The diary will help you put a few simple Bata tricks into practice in your everyday life, such as how to work effectively on your personal growth, but it will also advise you on how to recognize your daily achievements. It is important to enjoy the small steps that will help you achieve your goals. Each month is preceded by an overview for a personal challenge, but also for following the 8-8-8 rule.
The diary was created on the initiative of Terézie Šrobová and Klára Branická, who run the Diario project. Both were students of Gabriela Končitíková in the subject Bata Management System at the Thomas Bata University in Zlín. Terézie and Klára prepared the graphic design of the diary, and Gabriela then came up with its concept and content. The texts were edited by Jakub Malovaný, who also contributed to the concept of the diary.
