Celebrating 100 years of the Baťa School of Work – A Czech Television report marking its 100th anniversary

A Czech Television report reminds us of  100 years since the founding of the Baťa School of Work, which shaped generations of "Young Men" and "Young Women". The school regime was famous for its strict discipline and a unique division of the day into three eight-hour blocks for work, study, and rest. Even after a century, this system remains a symbol of an excellent connection between theory and practice and education towards personal responsibility.
